Really.... Really... come on be realistic! don't believe everything you see on tv or hear 'Dale and Tony' say... Laventille is just like any other place in Trinidad. The people might be louder and more gullible... with no shame... some... and my not have influence over the media like similar people living in other areas hence the reason why it seems as if Laventille is so violent. Didn't want to get to personal... but i've lived laventille all my life 21yr old female... i've never been raped, kidnapped or robbed... and i do not socialize with anyone from the area! i've never seen a gun or witnessed any type of violence, if i do there is no fear within me to report such. Laventille has always been a caring community and a few bad apples do not spoil the whole bunch!!
